This is my first cover received from Mexico, thanks to Monica. It has two stamps: on the top is one referring to Mexican Petroleum Institute created in 1965. This stamp was released this year itself which is $7.00 and the second stamp refers to a Mexican ship. The stamp was issued in 2007 and is $7.30. Thanks once again Monica.
